Michael Glass

I spent the first decade of my career inside advertising creative departments where I most recently worked as a Creative Content Director before founding Glass Creative Co. That time taught me how to read a brief, how to move at agency speed, and how to capture and build images that hold up in stakeholder review.

Glass Creative Co. is the independent practice I built around that experience. Food and hospitality is home base. I love capturing fine dining, luxury hotels, culinary brands, and working with the media that covers them. I also have a passion for event coverage, personal and professional branding, headshots, and video production. Being around people, seeing their work, and making them feel comfortable while I'm doing my work is what motivates me. I think that's why I have selected the niches I specialize in and decided not to go the route of family and wedding photographer.

I'm based in and native to Jacksonville and work regularly across the Southeast with the occasional trip outside of my stomping grounds. My dad was a photographer here back in the pre-digital days and I have many a fond memory of sitting in for Pic N' Save catalog sessions and ruining his darkroom shots (woops!). I shoot the kind of work I'd be proud to put my name on — so I love working with clients who are as invested in their success and presentation as I am.
